The site shall manufacture Pharmaceutical Preparations like Tablets, Capsules, and Liquid & Semi Solids formulations. This site has been designed to handle the variety of products to cater the Domestic as well as Export Market. The systems, equipment & policies have been framed to meet the GMP & safety requirements. The site is equipped with equipment & facilities to carry out production of tablets, capsules, liquid and external preparation. The packing activity is carried out by latest packing machinery.
The site has the storage facility of raw and packing material with relevant environmental condition. Sufficient storage condition is provided for intermediate storage of semi-finished goods & finished goods.
The distribution of finished goods shall be carried out through road transport, as per the client/agreement requirement.
The site intends to manufacture the finished goods by following the state drugs norms to cater the domestic as well as export market requirement. The plant has all the facilities as required including non touch system of material transfer during processing, requisite environment control facilities, modern packaging and analytical facilities (chemical, instrument & microbiology), including stability study and sophisticated instruments like Waters HPLC, Spectrophotometer & Micro laboratory.
The site is surrounded by green grass and linked to Baddi- Nalagarh highway, thus well protected from all the sides with respect to pollution.
